    In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, many attempts have been done to reduce the spreading of the virus, but the cost problem and the short of desinfectant supply makes a sterile lifestyle difficult. Much of fragile accessories cannot be sterilized by liquid solutions, hence the UV-C alternative comes in. Existing UV-C sterilizers available at high prices which are unreachable to the mainstream market, due to the high cost of UV-C bulb array to meet sufficient dosage. Using rotating UV-C bulbs around targeted objects as it’s axis could alleviate the lack of dosage problem since less of UV-C bulbs are needed which is more efficient than the conventional UV-C bulbs in a fixed position, also UV-C rays would spread evenly to every single inch of targeted object surfaces, killing exposed germs and viruses effectively.
